Do you have a physical store?
Elements by Danyelle Weathers does not have a physical store. We are in Online Shop stationed in Brooklyn, NY.
How long does shipping take?
  •  If you have ordered with standard ground shipping please allow 1-7 business days for your order to process and ship from our facilities. 
 
  • If you have placed a Custom order these items take 10-15 business days to create, not including weekends and/or holidays.
 
  •  If you are an international order please allow 6-12 business days for your order to process and ship from our facilities. 
How do I track my order? 
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information.
Can I return my order? 
We gladly accept returns for unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any issues with your order.  Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
How do I return or exchange my order?
  • Contact if you have any issues with your order within 14 days of delivery. 
 
  • Follow the instructions on your Packing Slip included in your original order.
